Processing cookies in the e-environment

If you visit a webpage which is using cookies, a small text cookie file will be created on your computer. A cookie is a short text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device (including a tablet) when browsing. If you visit the same site next time, it’s easier to connect faster. Additionally, the page will “know” you and give you the information you prefer to ensure that you do not repeat the already displayed ad, or allow you to enter without re-entering your password, fill in your fill in the previous visits to the site and fill out relevant content, and a range of estimated activities and services that we might expect to use.

We use cookies to analyze website traffic through Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Facebook, HotJar, LiveChatoo, Gravatar Strossle or Gemius SA. These are analytics tools that help publishers and apps understand how their visitors use these resources. Cookies can be used for statistics on the use of the site without personally identifying individual visitors.

Legal basis of processing

If we are able to identify the visitor’s personality on the site of the site, we will deal with the processing of personal data. We must have a legal basis for such processing. One legal basis may be to consent to you as a data subject and others to track activities and their evaluation will be a legitimate interest of the controller to offer you the best possible service or support for your activities in a contractual relationship with our company including direct advertising.

Which cookies we evaluate

Session cookies – Transient cookies are stored on your computer, laptop, or mobile device until you leave the Web site (s) and are deleted at that time. Such cookies help the site (s) to remember the information when you go from page to page, so you do not need to re-enter or re-fill information.

Persistent cookies – remain stored on your computer, notebook or mobile device even when you leave the Web Page (s); such cookies help the site (s) to remember you when you come back as a visitor but do not identify you as a person.

For what purpose do we use cookies?

In general, cookies can be divided into 4 categories by function:

  • Necessary
  • operational
  • Functional

Necessary cookies allow you to navigate through websites and use basic features such as secure areas, shopping carts, and online payments. These cookies do not collect any information that you can use for marketing, nor do you remember where you moved on the Internet.

With their help

For example, we remember the data you entered on your orders when you walk through different screens within one visit of our website
we remember the goods and services you ordered when you get to the payment screen
We identify your identity when you sign in to the site
we make sure you find the necessary service on our website even if we reorganize our web site in any way

By prohibiting them, we cannot guarantee the full functionality of our site.

Operational Cookies – Collect information about how we use our website, e.g. which pages you visit and whether you have encountered some errors, for example in forms. These cookies do not collect any information that could identify your identity – all data collected is anonymous, and we only serve to optimize our site traffic and know what our users are interested in and in this way to find out how our advertising effective.

With their help

We get statistics on how our website is used
We’re seeing the effectiveness of our ad (We DO NOT use this information to send you any ad if you visit other sites)

We can capture any errors and improve their site by removing them
We test different concepts of our website

we can offer you support in the form of proactive chat conversations
you will find out if you are logged into our website
we can provide your data to our partners who can then offer you our services through our website. The data will only serve to provide services, products or features, to no avail

Ad cookies – are linked to services provided by other companies, such as “Like” and “Share” icons. These services are provided by another company in connection with the fact that you have visited our website.

With their help

we can link you to social networks like Facebook, and based on your visit data then you will receive an ad from other websites
